Grund Labs was born from a conversation between two friends: an automotive engineer obsessed with process and a software developer who loved to build things that scaled. We were both frustrated with the state of enterprise software — too much hype, too little reliability.

We decided to build something different: a software engineering house that combines the meticulous planning of traditional German engineering with the pragmatism and speed of modern software development.
